Racking Jobs

We install Apex Pallet Racking 6000mm x 1100mm frames and 2700mm beams at Cloud Fulfilment, Dunton Distribution Centre in Basildon, a nice local job to finish the week on.

Today we installed Stow Pallet Racking for Tayo Trading Ltd  Unit 3 Pembroke Buildings Cumberland Park, Scrubs Lane, London NW10 6RE, The customer needed 3000mm to 6000mm x 900mm frames with 2700mm beams. The customer was very happy with the job and the conduct of the lads 

We had a call from Connective Pharma asking to install 3 runs of Dexion Speedlock pallet racking with 3300mm 3ton beams & slatted timber decks, The lads had this fitted to the customer spec by mid afternoon.

Had a call last week from a fella at Contour Roofing in Harlow asking me to pop down and measure up so we could install a few bay of Dexion Speedlock pallet racking with timber slatted decks, a perfect job to finish a very busy week.

This week we had a call from Davlav in Billericay to come a fit a double bay of Esmena Pallet Racking 3750mm x 900mm frames, 2700mm beams & slatted timber decks. The guys popped over at lunchtime and got the job done straight away, nice and local to where we was based.

We had a customer who wanted some cheap Galvanised Pallet Racking installed at his Garden centre at Crews Hill, the lads headed over in the morning and managed to get this 45m run installed by mid afternoon. Always happy to help a regular customers where we can.

We installed Link 51 7000mm x 1100mm frames & 2250mm beams for Creative Kingdom Books, A nice local job for Saturday morning. We put in 2 single runs and 2 double runs of pallet racking & the time we was finished they had plenty of storage for their growing business.

We got asked back to Mcgee Enviromental Services to install a couple of back to back bays running down the middle of the warehouse and forklift guards. The guys popped back and completed the work in a couple of hours.

A new customer contacted us and wanted us to install Apex 5250mm x 900mm frames with 2ton 2700mm beams, we fitted 22 frames and 108 beams at their new warehouse in Haverhill Suffolk.

We had a call from our customer asking us to fit a Double bay and an extra bay to existing racking, we didn’t have the  1050mm deep racking so we mocked up the frames and cut the bracing back at the yard and dropped it back the next day to be fitted in situ .
