Last year, our team successfully completed a large-scale AR pallet racking installation for JD.com INTERNATIONAL UK LTD at their Coventry distribution centre.
This extensive project involved the supply and installation of a high-capacity storage system designed to maximise warehouse efficiency, safety, and operational performance within a fast-paced logistics environment.
The installation included:
- 640 x 12.5m x 1.1m frames
- 6,282 x 3400mm beams
- 1,170 steel mesh decks
- 104 top tie uprights bridging single runs
- 744 column guards
- 1,332 sqm anti-collapse mesh panels with brackets
- 1,876 row spacers
- 3,880 floor fixings
- Plus new end barriers, joining row spacer brackets, and additional 3600mm tunel beam installations throughout the facility.
