Complete Warehouse Strip Out & Used Replacement Bito Racking Installation in Weedon, Northampton (NN7)
Between 13th July and 6th August 2026, our experienced warehouse installation team successfully completed a large-scale warehouse strip out and pallet racking installation for a leading catering equipment company based in Weedon, Northampton (NN7).
The project involved the careful dismantling of existing pallet racking and shelving systems before installing a used replacement correct spec, high-capacity Bito storage solution designed to maximise warehouse efficiency, safety and storage capacity.
Existing Warehouse Storage Removed
Our team carried out a complete strip out of the customer’s existing warehouse storage systems, ensuring all equipment was dismantled safely and efficiently with minimal disruption to operations.
Bito Pallet Racking Removed
- 51 x 4600mm × 900mm frames
- 41 x 2000mm × 1100mm frames
- 294 x 2700mm × 85mm × 50mm beams
- 50 x 1340mm × 85mm × 50mm beams
Dexion Speedlock Racking Removed
- 16 x 4600mm × 900mm frames
- 76 x 2700mm × 90mm × 55mm beams
Bito Shelving Removed
The project also included the removal of an extensive shelving installation comprising:
- 300 shelving bays
- 7 shelving levels per bay
- 376 frames
- 2,148 shelves
Every component was dismantled safely and prepared for removal, allowing the warehouse to be reconfigured for its new storage layout.
Used Replacement Bito Pallet Racking Installation
Following the strip out, we installed a completely new Bito pallet racking system to provide improved storage capacity, accessibility and operational efficiency.

- 160 x 5000mm × 1100mm frames
- 1,140 x 3000mm × 120mm × 50mm beams
- 1,140 x 1500mm × 1100mm mesh decks
- 14 x 2400mm × 400mm end barriers
- 4 x 1100mm × 400mm end barriers
The inclusion of mesh decking and end barriers enhances warehouse safety while creating a robust storage system capable of supporting the client’s day-to-day operations.
