Our warehouse racking installation team carried out the project between 20 July and 5 August 2026, completing a substantial installation incorporating 160 high-level racking frames, 1,800 beams and warehouse racking protection equipment.

11.5m high x 1.1m deep

1,800 Pallet Racking Beams
The project incorporated approximately 1,800 warehouse racking beams, measuring:
2300mm x 90mm x 50mm

Racking protection was also incorporated into the installation.
5 End Barriers
We installed five 2.4m end barriers.

160 Column Guards
The project also included 160 column guards, measuring:
400mm x 160mm x 290mm
Column guards are positioned to help protect vulnerable rack uprights from accidental impacts associated with warehouse vehicles and material-handling operations.
