Another successful pallet racking dismantling and installation project completed for The Bike Club Ltd at Easter Industrial Park, Rainham, Essex.
From 21–25 September 2026, our team dismantled and carefully stacked the client’s existing Apex pallet racking on site, leaving it ready for transport. We then installed a complete used AR pallet racking system, providing a strong, cost-effective warehouse storage solution.
The installation included:
• 104 x AR pallet racking frames – 10,000mm x 1,100mm
• 1,232 x pallet racking beams – 3,400mm x 100mm x 40mm
• 1,848 x mesh decks – 1,120mm x 1,100mm
• 104 x forklift / upright guards
By reusing quality used pallet racking, businesses can increase warehouse storage capacity while reducing both project costs and the environmental impact associated with manufacturing new equipment.
